Do i have to become a member to order?

No, you can also place an order as a guest.However, there are some advantages if you are member to Amusien:

  • Easily view your order status and order history
  • Receive updates detailing our new releases and special promotions

How do i pay for the order?

We only accept paypal payments for now. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's page where you can make the payment.


Can i change shipping address after placing order?

Please ensure your shipping address before placing order. You can contact us(service@amusien.com) immediately and we will try to assist you.

If the order have not shipped, we will change shipping address for you.


How can i cancel my order?

If you have just placed your order but have changed your mind, please contact us immediately and we will try to assist you.

Unfortunately, if the order is shipped and your package has been handed over to delivery provider and we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests.


How can i use coupons?

You can enter the coupon code at checkout to enjoy a discount on your purchase.

Click “Apply” and the discount rate will be deducted from the total.

When will my order be shipped?

How much does shipping cost?

We have free shipping to our main destinations.


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when the item passes through customs. Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value, but it depends on the customs office of the specific destination.

Amusien can not give you advice or information about tax rates and customs charges in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.


How can i track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking code and visit 17track to track it.


Why is my parcel at the local post office?

If you are not at home for its delivery or the package is too big for your mailbox, your parcel may return to your local post office. A notice will usually be left on your door or in your mailbox.

Please use your identity document and the tracking number to collect your parcel.

 

Returns

What if i am simply not satisfied with my order and want to return a item?

Once the order is shipped, the products purchased in good condition except DOA item are not exchangeable or returnable under any circumstances.


What if the items arrive damaged, incorrect, defective?

If the item arrived broken, you need to contact with us within 3 days from the day you received the package. For 3 Day Product Guarantee, please read here.


Will I need to send the defective item back to Amusien?

In most cases, you do not need to return it and can keep the faulty product.

If we ask you to return the product we will discuss with you the most cost effective way to return ship it to us and give you full instructions including our address. If we ask you to return a DOA item, we are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.


When will i receive my refund?

After the time when the claim is approved, a full refund will be issued through PayPal within 7 business days.
